I have a problem - I'm using IE and when I transfer my files I get cut off sometimes so I have to start over with my transfer. It's a pain with my slow connection. What can I do? Joan in CA
Suggestion - Try using a web based (free) utility like ours or an FTP client software program. Most of them will allow you to resume the connection and may be faster than using a browser to transfer the files. HG

Had a few calls regarding loosing a connection when transfering a file then after you get the connection back, resuming the balance of the tranfer.
This is possible when using an FTP Client like CuteFTP, WS-FTP, or Voyager. It's actually pretty easy.

Does your system support the filezilla FTP client program?
Interesting to know.
