How quickly can I get my site running once I sign up? I know some of the services out there take hours or days.
After you sign up for the FTP site hosting you'll get your with log on instructions immediately. Your actual site is activated the second you click on the submit button in the order form.

do you guys accept anonymous ftp logins?
they told me they don't - something to do with security.

We don't support anonymous ftp logins due to the high risk of compromise.

More questions from our customers: How do I add account holders (customers and vendors)? Simple, just go to our online control panel (it's in the instructions that you get when you sign up) and create a folder followed by creating a user. You then simply assign the user to the folder and your done!

do you guys offer static IP addresses with your service? i also need to know how easy it is to upgrade my storage if i run out.

You get a static IP address and you can upgrade your storage on the fly so you never have to worry about running out of disk space.
does Fetch ftp client work with your ftp hosting service? most of the ftp sites don't support it.

We've had a lot of questions regarding our new FTP hosting control panel. We're planning on a release date of May 15th. The new FTP hosting control panel is designed to be quick, simple, and to-the-point. You wont' have to guess who has access to any given folder nor will you have to guess the folders any specific individual has access to. Please watch for our release notes the new FTP CP and instructions on how to use it.

Can I use filezilla to transfer my files with your service? Filezilla is a free ftp client.
Filezilla works great with our service. All you have to do is enter your user name, password, and host name. Also, make sure your port is set to 21.
