FTP site hosting allows you to use three methods to transfer your files. You can use our "Free" windows based FTP file transfer utility, you can use an FTP client like WS_FTP, CUTE-FTP, or Fetch (for Mac Users), or you can use Microsoft windows explorer.

You can actually use any one of the three methods at any time.

We've received a lot of calls asking what is the easiest way to upload files. It would be by using the "Free" web based utility. There is no cost to you the user and it's secure and used the FTP protocol so your files are transfered up and down quickly.

What happens if I go over the amount of storage I subscribe to on my FTP site? I ask this because sometimes I don't know how large a file is that someone will upload and I'm afraid that if their file is too big they may not be able to upload it. Keep in mind that I have a lot of files on my FTP site at all times.
Help is appreciated!

We have soft caps on all our FTP site hosting plans. It means you can go over your storage limit and not worry about a thing.
